In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. 2. Description of Service

Our service allows users to browse and discover condominium listings. We provide a platform for information purposes only. CondoShop is not a real estate broker, agent, or lender and does not partake in any real estate transactions. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by third parties.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You should only provide content that you are comfortable sharing with others.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
